  Chance Alford, owner of KCG Homes, comes from a long line of builders and construction experience. Through immediate and extended family members, the Alford family has been in construction in Middle Tennessee for over 40 years. After working with his father from a young age, Chance branched out to own a residential and commercial roofing company for 5 years, until the lure of residential construction pulled him back to home building. His expertise ranges from large-scale projects to high-end custom home building. In recent years, Chance has developed numerous projects around Nashville and worked with HGTV for three seasons of “Masters of Flip” where he was the Contractor responsible for taking older homes in Nashville and flipping them for a profit.

Jackson Village Townhomes is KCG Homes’ first project in the Hendersonville area.
